📜 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. Appointment Commitment
By scheduling an appointment with Moxziee Mobile Grooming the Client acknowledges and agrees that the scheduled time is reserved exclusively for their pet(s).

2. Cancellation Notice Requirement
The Client must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice shall be deemed effective when received by Moxziee Mobile Grooming through telephone, email, text message, or the designated booking platform.

3. Late Cancellation Fee
In the event the Client cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, the Client agrees to pay a late cancellation fee of forty dollars ($40.00), or fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service fee, whichever is greater.

4. No-Show Fee
If the Client fails to present their pet(s) for the scheduled appointment without any notice (“No-Show”), the Client shall be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).

5. Payment Authorization
The Client authorizes Moxziee Mobile Grooming to charge any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees to the credit card or payment method provided at the time of booking.

6. Exceptions
Moxziee Mobile Grooming reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive cancellation or no-show fees in cases of documented emergencies, inclement weather, or other circumstances deemed beyond the Client’s reasonable control.

7. Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
